I offer:

50 min session: $180-$250 sliding scale for Individual Online/In Person

100 minutes session: $300, deep dive on a particular challenging segment

Intensive sessions sings up are for late 2025/2026.
Intensive therapy sessions are extended meetings, lasting between 3-5 hours for either one or two days. Scheduling an intensive is a way to effectively create change; it allows us time to do deep work in days that would otherwise require multiple separate meetings, over many weeks.
This intensive format is a neurobiologically effective way to reach your longings faster by staying on focus with longer and closely spaced sessions.
The discoveries and transformations that are possible in 1+ years of weekly therapy, have been seen to emerge in just a month. Intensive therapy is also an excellent option if you are facing hardships with self or people around you and you do not want to be in therapy for months before seeing changes.

I do not accept insurance. I am not psychotherapist, or social worker in case you have insurance coverage but I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
Zoom video sessions are available.
Payment
A credit card is required to reserve a session at the time of the booking and it will be processed after each session or in case of missed appointments.

Cancellation Policy
A 48-hour notice of cancellation is required.
Clients are financially responsible for late cancellations or missed appointments.
